At JANO Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Please review the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

I. Inspection Upon Delivery Policy (Check & Fit)

  • We offer an Inspection and Fitting service while the courier is present.

  • If you decide not to accept the order after inspection/fitting, only the shipping fees must be paid to the courier.

II. Return Period

  • Returns (Refunds): Permitted within 14 days from the date the order is received (excluding sale items).

III. Exchange Period

  • Exchanges: Permitted within 14 days from the date the order is received (excluding sale items).

IV. General Terms for Returns and Exchanges

The following conditions must be met for any return or exchange request to be accepted:

  1. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags still attached.

  2. The item must be in its original packaging, and the original purchase invoice or a copy thereof must be included.

  3. The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

  4. For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and certain accessories are not eligible for exchange or return.

V. Special Provisions for Sales and Discounted Items

All purchases made during special offers or sale periods are considered "Final Sale" and are neither eligible for exchange nor financial return.

  • No exchanges are permitted for discounted items.

  • No financial returns (refunds) are permitted for discounted items.

VI. Shipping Costs

  • In all cases (whether exchange or return), the customer shall bear all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the item.
