• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Cairo & Giza: 2 - 3 business days.

• Alexandria & Delta Regions: 3 - 5 business days.

• Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 5 - 7 business days.

3. Inspection & Fitting Policy (Our Unique Feature)

To ensure your total satisfaction, JANO Store offers a "Check before you pay" service:

• Fitting & Inspection: You are welcome to inspect or try on apparel items while the courier is at your door.

• Partial Returns: If the item does not fit or meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the courier. In this case, only the shipping fees must be paid to the courier.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

• Please note that we require a physical address and a valid phone number for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes to ensure the package is handed over directly to you.
